Originally decorated under the supervision of Mrs. Hampton L. Carson, wife of a prominent Philadelphia lawyer, the attic contains an extraordinary collection of toys, artifacts, dolls, and lifestyle items dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. Among the highlights are two distinct groups of centennial dolls and an exceptional antique dollhouse that offers a fascinating glimpse into domestic life from another era.

Together, the collection captures the wonder of childhood while preserving the craftsmanship, culture, and everyday experiences of earlier generations.
