Cash, checks, and PayPal accepted. Credit and debit cards are not accepted at this time.
Tours & Visitor Information
Historic Strawberry Mansion welcomes visitors Thursday through Sunday for guided tours offered hourly at 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, 2 PM, and 3 PM. Advance reservations are not required for parties of fewer than 10 guests.
Private tours, group visits, and special event inquiries may be arranged by calling 215-228-8364 during office hours, Tuesday through Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM.
Accessibility
As a preserved 18th-century historic home, portions of the Mansion are accessible only by stairs. The first floor is ADA compliant, and on-site virtual tour accommodations are available for guests unable to access upper levels.

Complimentary motorcoach parking is available. Please note that all motorcoaches must obtain a Fairmount Park access permit prior to arrival.

K-12 Field Trips
School & Student Tours
Historic Strawberry Mansion offers guided educational experiences designed to connect students with Philadelphia’s rich cultural, architectural, and social history.
Tours explore daily life in the 18th and 19th centuries, the Mansion’s collections, and the city’s abolitionist legacy, with curriculum-based customization available for educators and school groups.
Admission is $5 per student for private schools and school districts outside the Philadelphia School District. Chaperones and all Philadelphia School District students are admitted free.

Archivists & Researchers
Historic Strawberry Mansion welcomes scholars, archivists, historians, genealogists, preservationists, and independent researchers interested in the study of Philadelphia history, architecture, decorative arts, and cultural life.
By appointment, researchers may access selected historical materials, collections information, and resources related to the Mansion’s enduring role in the civic and cultural history of Philadelphia.

The nearest stop is located along 33rd Street near Dauphin Street via Route 32, a brief walk from the Mansion grounds.
